- Responsible for market mapping & business development by driving sales growth for various products by creating a strong sales strategy
- Responsible for leading a team of 5-7 direct sales executives in the area – ensuring reporting effectiveness and productivity of the same
- Responsible for creating and delivering on the sales plan/GTM plan for the territory, in line with the company objectives
- Co-ordination with the product, marketing, credit, operations, etc. departments for the smooth functioning of business as well as new initiatives in the area
- Responsible for training and grooming of all direct sub-ordinates in the area in product as well as soft skills
- Responsible for establishing relationship with the dealer network and large & small institutions in the area for generating leads
- Competitor and market analysis reporting for recommendations of improvements in products, structure, target profile, etc.
- Responsible for planning and conducting customer engagement activities like GTM, melas, etc. on a large scale, in collaboration with other stakeholders
