He has a proven track record of Market Share leadership, maximizing revenue and earnings, establishing low cost distribution through digital foot prints.
With over 2 decades of experience, Mr. Alexiouse has held Senior Leadership Roles in companies like Tata Motors Finance Limited, L&T Finance, Eicher Motors, Sundaram Finance, Royal Sundaram Alliance Insurance Ltd and IIFL. He joined MCSL from IIFL where he was National Sales Head for Used Commercial Vehicle business. During his career, he has worked in multiple locations including Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, and Chandigarh, and handled a loan book of over Rs. 6000 crores for products like two wheelers, cars, commercial vehicles, Construction Equipment, Tractors and Agricultural implements, besides other consumer retail products.
Mr Vinod Kumar Panicker, is a Chartered Accountant with 27 years of experience across FMCG and Media & Entertainment sectors. Worked with Cadbury Schweppes, Coca-Cola, Asianet Satellite Communications and Outlook Publishing. He assumed charge of CFO of MCSL from Dec 2013.
Mr. R. Balakrishnan is the General Manager for two wheeler finance. He has close to three decades of experience in retail sales & collections and has been associated with two wheeler finance for more than 25 years. Prior to joining Muthoot Capital Services Ltd, he was associated with TVS and Integrated Finance for a brief stint. In his previous assignments he has overseen Product Strategy, sales and collections for the Retail Business. He heads business development, new market development, new product development, credit, operations, risk and receivables management at Muthoot Capital services Ltd since 2008. He holds a postgraduate degree in Maths and Marketing Management.
Mr Bimal Rawat is an MBA from University Department of Management, Pune and has over 17 years of experience across various functions, products in India and GCC apart from his initial 7-year stint with Indian Air Force. He has successfully set up Consumer Finance Businesses and headed Profit Centres in Auto Loans, 2 Wheeler Loans, Consumer Durable Loans, Personal Loans etc. in different organisations such as Citi Group, HDFC Bank, Capital First, Saudi Finance etc. For MCSL, he driving business in the states/UT of Delhi, Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, J & K, UP, Uttarakhand, MP and Chhattisgarh.
Dr. Gopalakrishnan J Prakash is a PhD in Organisation Behaviour. His career has spanned years of work experience in areas of Human Resource Management and Organizational Development; a track record of having worked with companies doing business for Fortune 500 & 1000 clients, in various business domains of Life Sciences, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, Banking, Financial services and Insurance (BSFI), Mobility and Digital Marketing. Dr. Prakash has worked in diverse functional areas of Human Resource Management –Recruitment Services (overseas and domestic), Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Executive Coaching, Business Process Re-engineering, Employee Engagement Programs, Corporate Social Responsibility and Community Development. He has also had successful stints of work experience in the area of Information Technology Enabled Services (ITES), Professional Services, Process Engineering, Product Line Development, Psychological Counselling, Skill Development, Education, Research and Academics.
