He is the Managing Director of Muthoot Capital Services and holds positions as Director in the major companies of Muthoot Pappachan Group. Under his leadership the Group has made substantial efforts to strengthen and improve customer relationship and established its strong presence in retail finance through a network of 3800 plus branches across the Country and is still going strong. He continues to steer the Group in attaining the pinnacle of success. He has rich hands-on experience and exposure in all facets of non-banking financial services. His un-satiating desire to serve the masses and developing newer financial products has enabled him to pioneer the concept of Micro–finance within the Group, which will go a long way in serving the masses. He is also the Chairman, Association of Non-Banking Finance Companies Kerala, Committee member of Finance Companies Association, Chennai and Secretary, Association of Gold Loan Companies.
Thomas Muthoot is an expert in Micro credit and Micro saving business with a great desire to serve the masses. He is innovative with need based financial products. His knowledge of emerging markets and their functions have been harnessed in structuring the business interests of the group.
Thomas Muthoot is also the Vice President of Ernakulam District Cricket Association and Managing Committee member of Kerala Cancer Care Society.
In a career spanning over 50 years, A.P. Kurian has been recognised for his superior managerial skills. He has received Best Marketing Man of the year in 1987 and Best Professional Manager in 1993. He has also held prominent positions with Reserve Bank of India as Research Officer, Economics Department, and held the position of Executive Trustee at Unit Trust of India and retired as Executive Chairman from Association of Mutual Funds in India.
He is currently the Chairman of Geojit BNP Paribas Financial Services and a Director in Muthoot Capital Services, Muthoot Fincorp, JP Morgan Asset Management India Pvt. Ltd. and Granules India Ltd., and continues to play a key role in guiding and assisting in formulating policies and strategies.
Mr R K Nair is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a law graduate. A genius from his early days, R. Kamalasanan Nair's intelligence has come a long way. For over 40 years, he has been dedicated to the financial services field. He started his esteemed career as a Professor of Accountancy in Mumbai University and then moved on to serve 11 years as Group A ‘Officer in Govt. He is practicing as an Advocate for more than 15 years and now, is an Advocate of the Hon. Supreme Court.
Ms Radha Unni had a career in Banking spanning over 36 years during which she served all over the country including Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra and Kerala. During the tenure in the Bank, she was primarily involved in credit and project appraisal of small, medium and large projects. She served a 5-year term in SBI Capital Markets overseeing public issues, debt placements, project appraisal etc. She retired as the Chief General Manager, State Bank of India, Kerala Circle in December,2008. After retirement from the Bank, she is engaged by the Bank in Management Audit and recruitment of officers . She is also Director on the Board of Catholic Syrian Bank, Sundaram BNP Paribas Home Finance Limited, Royal Sundaram Alliance Insurance Company Limited and Nitta Gelatin India Ltd.
